In compliance with applicable regulations and legislation, HITACHI RAIL RCS FRANCE, in its capacity of publisher, may adapt or modify the present terms and conditions of use (hereinafter “Terms of Use”) without any specific notice to the website user(hereinafter the “User”). In the event of modification, the User is invited to read the new Charter before continuing to use the Website.

The purpose of the Website is to offer to Users a visibility on the various mobility players within the public transport domain in order to facilitate their interaction,and particularly a curated selection of pre-approved providers to enrich a catalog of services and products that meet the market needs.

Users will be able to access the site via internet.
HITACHI RAIL RCS FRANCE undertakes to do its best efforts to make the Website available 24/7.
All costs to access to the Website are borne by theUser.

The User undertakes not to use the Website and the services offered therein for fraudulent or illegal purposes or in an unlawful manner, and in particular, not to use the Website or the services in any way that would:

-         Call for murder, incitement to racial hatred or denial of crimes against humanity;

4.1 Definitions

‍Personal Data are collected by HITACHI RAIL RCS for the purpose of initiating contact for marketing campaign operations through the Website.
HITACHI RAIL RCS FRANCE only collects Personal Data in the context of a declaration of information by the User with full awareness, particularly when entering the data and submitting the form for initiating contact. Such processing is legally based on the consent of the User. 
The information collected via the questionnaire for initiating contact are: name, company name, product name, product landing page url, product logo, product short description, email address. The User is informed that IP addresses are only collected by Webflow as Website host.

‍HITACHI RAIL RCS FRANCE retains the following Personal Data only for as long as is strictly necessary for the proper performance of its processing, in order to meet the purpose described above and to comply with its legal and regulatory and contractual obligations.

For the purpose of this clause, HITACHI RAIL RCS FRANCE affiliates means the following legal entities, which are operating consistently with HITACHI RAIL RCS FRANCE legal corporate purpose: Hitachi Rail GTS Mexico SA DECV, Hitachi Rail RCS Italia SRL, Hitachi Rail, RCS Denmark APS, Hitachi Rail GTS Netherlands B.V, Hitachi Rail GTS India Private Limited, Hitachi Rail RCS Hong Kong Ltd, Hitachi Rail GTS New Zealand Ltd.
The sharing of User’s Personal Data with certain recipients may imply transfers of your data out of the European Economic Area (EEA) in Mexico,India, Hong Kong and New Zealand. HITACHI RAIL RCS FRANCE pays particular attention to the protection of User’s Personal Data. Thus, where such transfers out of the EEA shall take place, HITACHI RAIL RCS FRANCE first implements appropriate safeguards by signing the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission with the entity out of the EEA which processes User’s Personal Data.
